Layang layang terbang melayang...

it was a windy afternoon ..and its time to try out the new kites MD bought when he was in China a few weeks ago. The kites are made from a very delicate paper..macam tissue paper and they are attach to each other (about 10 small kites). Kids enjoyed it very much!

My Journey..so far

I am 16 going on 17...ergghh YA WISH!! its more like this I am 16 + 17 hahahha..yupp celebrate my double 3 today. What do i feel? rasanya tak de yang special sangat pun. My day just like every other days...busy with the kids, masak, housechores etc. rasanya at this stage element of surprise dah tak ada lagi kut. MD asked what i want for my birthday...hmmm i said..apa2 pun tak apa. Surprised me..but as i wrote earlier, nowadays..donno la is it because we are getting older or dah malas nak bagi kezuttan..so jawapnya he took me to the shop last weekend and ask me to choose myself a gift. At least my daughter still want to surprise me..she told her daddy why you took mama to buy her gift..nanti dia tahulah...sempat lagi bisik2 to get me a card..by the way she bought me a card from school yesterday..and gave it to me..As for her daddy am still hoping his spontaneous/romantic gesture ada lagi tak banyak sikit pun jadilah..justto spice things up ...why not ? takkan la masa bercinta dulu je kan heheh..is it too much to ask? Above all that...i am thankful to Allah SWT for all the precious gifts in my life..my health, my family, my friends...and many more. Happy Birthday to me!!

Beautiful Tulips

Flowers has always been one of my favourite things. They are soft, beautiful,nice to look at and smells good too. Tulips especially reminds me of one story. Back in Boston 1998, MD as always (dululah..now dah kurengg) being a very romantic person surprised me with a bunch of tulips on my birthday. What makes it more dramatic and unforgettable..he actually "stole" the tulips from all over the place around Northeastern Univ. : the Quad, in front of Video Smith, Lane Health Center, Snell Engineering Building and Willis Halll. hehehe..sapa yang tak cair kan...snow pun cair!!! hmmmm

My Little Princess

yes...this is my "sekangkang kera" kitchen garden. Although the area is a bit small..but i managed to squeeze enough plant to make it work. From right we have lemongrass, lychee, papaya, kacang botol, pandan and tumeric plant (underneath kacang botol), guava, lime and last but not least pokok misai kucing...Lychee and guava baru nak membesar..harap2 dapat la merasa hasilnya nanti..hmm give it another year or two?? But the kacang botol tu memang lebat. I even gave some to my neighbours and friends. Most of the time we eat it raws..buat ulam...sometimes kalau rajin i'll fry it with eggs and dried shrimp.. My lime tree..hmmm.. let say dah di overshadow by the kacang botol...still there just growing very slowwwly...good things is the ulat is no longer eating the leaves..kalau tak every time new leaves comes out...ulat pun sibukla jugak.... I use the tumeric, lemongrass and pandan in my cooking everytime...very useful. Although am not a very good gardener..cukuplah sekangkang kera ni tu fullfill me...berbudi pada tanah sememangnya tak merugikan!..
