Chicken Pot Pie anyone??

MD was saying to me the other nite: "tiap2 malam u tengok ni..apa kata u masak macam tu pulak?"

Me: ok..but u makan ke nanti..kalau tak buat penat je..i know you too well..bukan nya suka sangat pun western food

MD: cubalah dulu..

that is how i ended cooking this yesterday. It all started when every nite before n while waiting for Hafeez to doze off..i always watch "Chef at Home" on Asia Food Channel. Honestly i watch it not because i want the recipes. Its more on therapeutic side! Believe it or not..i just love to watch rasa aman ja..hehhe..anyway..sometimes i do want to try the recipes but then as i said earlier..MD ni susah sikit la when it comes to western food. Certains food je yang dia suka..something new is a challenge for me to cook for him n the kids. Since he gave me the green light and i was out of idea of what to cook....walla...

my chicken pot pie...yus style...thanks to my dearest friend Shikin Rahim for the recipe. My first attempt was successful..although there are rooms for improvement. Next time i will remember to use individual serving dish...senang sikit nak serve as its a bit runny. But the taste was ummmmph!
